Dimboola Olive Estate has a proud history since the trees were first planted in 1945. Perched on the edge of the Little Desert National Park in Western Victoria, the olive trees on the Estate were lovingly restored in 2019. The olives were allowed to grow naturally, thriving on the sandy soil of the western Wimmera. From our first crop this year, we are thrilled to present an exclusive and limited batch of olive oil for our community.Our aim is ‘to produce the very best extra virgin olive oil we can!’
